In the fence industry in Southern Arizona, the usual down payment for a contract is 50%, before the job is
even started. We have broken the mold of the usual and adopted a new 10% deposit, which means you get
your fence started for just a tenth of your estimate. This policy is a mainstay of the fence industry in the
eastern states, and is now a part of our effort to better serve our customers with professional standards.
